Key Operational Design Criteria:

Design and manufacture landfill gas flare system to maintain constant and stable inlet vacuum on well field. Fully redundant landfill gas blower; automatically start secondary blower if primary blower fails.

Digital logic controller maintains proper inlet vacuum and monitors and records vacuum, flow, and landfill gas flare temperature data.

Proper inlet suction pressure is required for migration and odor issues due to nearby residential neighborhood. Continuous pilot on landfill gas flare is employed to minimize flare down time.

Design and manufacture landfill gas flare to integrate with existing landfill gas skid. Start landfill gas flare on detection of engine failure. Maintain minimum flow demand for state regulatory specifications until such time as the LFGTE engines are back online.

Design and manufacture methane gas flare station to siphon natural gas leak in basement of department store building. Utilize user settable flare run clock to allow methane flare to start and stop at specific intervals through the day and night. Blower skid and attached methane flare designed for rooftop mounting.
